At Jarbo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the original packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
